(note: banding is only for the Warhammer Fantasy event)
• Standard force organization.
• All current codices and option thereon are eligible.
• Forge World Imperial Armour are also eligible. See Forge World stipulation note below.
• All army lists must be in by received by July 1st.
Imperial Armour stipulation:
• You must have a hard copy of the Imperial Armour book, plus a copy of any PDF updates to be able to use these options.
• No super heavies
• No flyers
• Any option with an entry in a current codex takes precedence over Imperial Armour. Example; Imperial Guard codex Manticore rules are used over the entry in Imperial Armour Volume 1.

I was looking under the FAQ and had a question. Does the rule limiting Special or Named Characters apply to Warhammer Fantasy only or does it apply to 40k lists as well?

When it says i need a hard copy of Imperial armor rules to use a forge world model, does a driect copy from the forge world website work? (for a land raider accilles) if you could let me know asap that would be awesome so i can set up my army list.
You must provide the latest copy of the rules for the unit you wish to use, in the same fashion as you would provide the most up to date codex for your army. The Land Raider Achilles rules were most recently printed in Imperial Amour 10: The Badab War Part 2. PDF copies of Forge World rules are only eligble if 1.) the rules presented in the aplicable IA book are one or more edition out of date of the main rule book (like IA 1 and IA 2) or 2.) that the rules have yet to be published in an edtion of Imperial Armour.
In your case you would need to provide a copy of Imperial Armour 10.
