Welcome to Buckeye Battles Warhammer Indy GT
Buckeye Battles is an annual Warhammer Fantasy Independent Grand Tournament sponsored by Central Ohio Wargaming Slackers the local Columbus Ohio game club
Were proud to be a member of the Indy GT circuit.
What qualifies our tournament to be an Indy GT?
- Buckeye Battles uses 2250 point army lists
- Buckeye Battles is a 2 day event with five competition games rounds
- Any miniatures are allowed as long as they are similar to what they are supposed to represent
- We allow unpainted miniatures
- We use WHFB 7th Edition rules
Buckeye Battles IV 2010
In 2009 we had 68 players in attendance and all available tournament spots were filled three weeks before the event.
Registration for our next event will open in March 2010. We will be returning the 2nd weekend of July, the 10th and 11th, so mark your calendars.
Discussion Group now @ WargamerConnect.org
The crickets in our forum is deafening. We will be using a discussion group on WargamerConnect.org for players to discuss past and future Buckeye Battles.
We have a couple topics started. The first is open lists and second is scenarios. Head on over, logging in is easy and join the discussion.

I had some phenomenal photos this year. Please take a moment to fill out some comments if your army is in the photo or you want to compliment the painter.
On my wishlist is to have a professional to come in and take our pics (any volunteers?) Only a third of my photos came out with my shaky grip, a simple camera, and indirect lighting.
2009 Buckeye Battles Results
